My name is GilAvaei, I am Iranian writer/poet, living in the Netherlands. My account has been accused of violating the guidelines, which I strongly disagree with, and terminated. Most of my work is about educating people of my folk literacy, Gilaki, as evident even in the tittles of my videos.
I consider myself a human-rights activist who is trying to inform and educate people of the injustices taking place in my native country of Iran under the barbaric rules of the Islamic regime; the injustices that I have personally experienced a little more severely than I would have liked. I consider Youtube to be one of the best ways for my message to reach people all across the world. I believe that the viewers that have flagged my videos happen to be the same ones that support the totalitarian regime that so strongly oppose freedom of speech and anything that proves detrimental to their agenda.
If you have reviewed the two videos in question and truly believe that I have violated the guidelines, then I would be glad to remove them even though I don't necessarily agree with your decision. I, however, don't believe it is fair to have my entire account along with my +273 video's terminated.
I ask you to please reconsider your decision.
